My mummy

My mum loves to crochet because its fun and it keeps her busy.
This picture is one of the blankets that she is making.
This one is a very pretty blanket that she has made so I hope its for me.
some blankets take her a couple of  weeks but if she was in a rush it would take her about 3 weeks and thats long.
And that is all I have to say about my mum

“Wait there mum I am just going to do something and I will be strate back” I say as I walk to the girls toliets. When I got there I saw that it wasn’t a big glamerance bathroom it was an old and most smellest bathroom I have ever seen and it wasn’t even a bathroom it was a little blue rectangle that didn’t even have a sink to wash your hands in.But it is what it is so I’m going to have to use it.So I try to hop onto the toliet but I am to short so I had to climb on.When I was finished I tried to hop down but I was to scared so I had to climb down to get to the ground and that wasn’t easy because I was only little.Luckily I got down form the there and started walking to the door when I was at the door to go outside to find mum I noticed that the big rock that was there before had been moved when I came in and for a little person like me I found that a little bit weird? I had my hand on the knob and it turns out that the door knob doesn’t work so I tried pushing the door but it wasn’t a door that you push on so I thought for a bit then I knew what to do I should shout for help so that is exsacly what I did.”Helpppppppp” I shout “I need help”as I bang on the door. Then I start to think that mum is wondering what I am up to.So I keep on screaming this “get me out of here”but then I heard footsteps coming near the door and they were getting louder and louder and closer and closer until I heared a vocie that sounded a lot like mummys that said “what are you doing in there” so I said “please open the door and don’t shut it”so she did. When mum opened the door I ran strate up to her and gave her a big huge and said “I love you” and all she said back was “I love you to”because there’s no better way of saying that.
You have painted a very clear picture about your experience in the toilet and how you were frightened. I love the language you have used and the way you have put your words together, like glamorous and how you said 'because there’s no better way of saying that'

Remember to check and to get a buddy to check your spelling and punctuation as you publish, also when publishing on a computer, there is 1 space after commas and full stop.

Reflection Questions

I followed the Get it, Sort it, Use it inquiry process by…Getting  what I know then putting what I have in the right order  then I can use it for my learning.

My next step when I use the Get it, Sort it, Use it inquiry process is…That I can find more of what I know and research some of it so I have more  of the informaint in my work.

The fun part of the Get it, Sort it, Use it inquiry process was…Getting what I know and putting it in order because I knew a lot about the Commonwealth Games so I would have the right Question.

Hannah, you used your reading skills to quickly find information to use in your kahoot. You and your group, were able to sort the information into questions (and answers) and then to create a kahoot for the class try out.

You have thought and reflected carefully about your learning and how you used the inquiry cycle. Reflecting about your learning helps you to grow as a learner, to think about what was tricky and to set goals. Fantastic!
