Once upon a time...

In Rebeccas writing group we have been working on leaving clues in our story so then the person who is reading my book can predice what is going to happen in the story by using the clues I left for them.

Big Idea:
My goal is to stick to the main point. As a writer that means your story will link all back to one persifice part of your story.

i think you did well on explaining your story because you added lots of juciy words but you need to make it make more sense because your story goes from one thing to another.
Atlanta H.

I think that I did a good at adding lots of details but I think that Icould have added some more detail to the end because I reread over my story and I thought that my ending ended a little to fast. So my goal for my next story is to have every part detailed not just the start.

Pae Tamariki Reflection Term 3

Description: On the 31st of July we did this thing called Pae Tamariki, This is when a kapa haka group around the manawatu joins together and performs at the regent. You can compete and get a placing but this year RSS did not.
Big Idea: At Pae Tamariki, I felt... Happy and nervous at the same time because I was was excited to be performing on the stage with my group but I was nervous that I was going to mess up but luckily I did a good job.

I felt most proud of… When the audience was clapping after our dance when we were walking of the stage because it made me feel proud of what I had just performed.
I found…. keeping a smile on my face most challenging because… I was trying to hold in my nervousness but in the end I maneged to hold it in and smile.

I managed this challenge by…. Thinking of how I will fell after the performance and how the audience would be clapping and singing at me and my kapa haka group.

At Kapa Haka, I next want to...become a leader and help some of the little kids out when they are stuck on the next move but even if I don't become a leader I can still help them out if they are stuck on the next move.
Feedback/Feedforward: I think that you anwsered all of you questions truthfully and can tell that you have been improving by what you have said.
